[REC] ⚠️ Unyielding Netherprisim trinket does not follow ignore rules.

Describe the Issue
The trinket Unyielding Netherprisim will show in the prio list even when disabled in the item list. Other trinkets are ignored successfully but this one doesn't follow the same rules.

Equip the Unyielding Netherprisim trinket
