[BUG] Recommending Unyielding Nether prism even though it's disabled in items

Describe the Issue
As stated in description
Hekili continues to recommend Unyielding Netherprism even though it's disabled in Gear and Items
How to Reproduce
It's kind of hard to reproduce as it doesn't follow the normal logic of using the trinket when you start your major cooldowns (I.E. Breath of Sindragosa)
It seems to want you to use it at the end of pillar of frost. But it doesn't happen at the end of every pillar.
