[REC] ⚠️ Hekili doesnt show Araz's Ritual Forge as Arcane Mage in opener

- I confirm I am playing on official Blizzard servers (not private servers).
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I have updated the issue title to clearly describe the problem.
- I am reporting an issue with the default specialization priority (not a custom or imported priority).

Describe the Issue
Hekili doesnt show to use trinket Araz's Ritual Forge as Arcane Mage in opener (according to sims, it should be used after Arcane Surge with Touch of the Magi)
How to Reproduce
Do opener as Arcane Mage, Sunfury hero talents and Araz's forge equiped
