[REC] ⚠️ WW monk cds still not showing after 2 mins combat

- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I have updated the issue title to clearly describe the problem.
- I am reporting an issue with the default specialization priority (not a custom or imported priority).

Monk - Windwalker
Describe the Issue
Invoke Xuen and Storm, Earth, and Fire only work frthe start of the encooounter, after 2 mins, when cds are back, theaddon doesnt recommend them. The issue was reported before, but still happens.
How to Reproduce
- Be windwalker
- start dummy combat
- use all cds
- after 2 mins when xuen and SEF are rdy they arent recommended

After combat ended, the next time i started new dummy test the cds were shown properly after 2 mins combat...
