trying to optimize better for forgeweaver, and it doesn't suggest secret technique like they use on the top 100 fights.

FYI this is for me, I am going to work on an APL tweak related to having your CD toggle off.

Still gotta get a snapshot in here for completeness. Also, one isn't going to get a top parse with CDs off. :D
