[REC] Arcane rotation is broken with latest update

Describe the Issue
Just updated to lastest version (11.2.0-1.-.1b) and arcane rotation no longer suggests arcane surge or touch of the magi at all. All it suggests is evo and potion on opener and incorrect arcane barrage usage. If you manually cast arcane surge and touch of the magi after evocation, the rotation uses correct suggestions.
How to Reproduce
Use latest version and target something. You'll see the ability suggestion does not include arcane surge or touch of the magi in the opener or any point in the rotation
