Before You Begin

• I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
• I am not playing on a private server.
• I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
• I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.

Describe the Issue

Hekili bars, notification, primary, AOE, interrupt, defensive, etc; are not being allowed to move even though they are unlocked. I attempt to move them and they disappear. I close hekili and attempt to re-open and it freezes. When I do re-open Hekili, the addon is right back to default settings.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game (i'm on a Ret pally)
2. type /hekili or right-click mMB.
3. Attempt to move notification, primary/AOE bars.
4. close hekili and attempt to reopen

Additional Information

I have attempted to clear my WoW Cache, interface, and WTF folder and reinstall addons from scratch. Issue still persists.
