[REC] [Consecration] is not recomended in Delves once I enter combat

Describe the Issue

When I play delves consecration is not regcomended in Delves. It is recommended when I play heroic dungoens.

How to Reproduce

Enter a delve as protection paladin and check if "consecration" is recomended.

Thanks; this was changed in the last priority update to sync up with SimulationCraft. In SimC, Consecration without Light's Guidance is only recommended if you have literally nothing else to push. I put this entry back and resimmed and found it to be a performance improvement to keep the old Consecration line in place. Will update later today.
