Ret Module Disappears When Bosses Phase

Hekili disappears when phase 2 begins on Carapace. On N'Zoth, it disappears after existing Phase 1 and will only show up again if I go into the Mindgate, but it will consistently disappear every time I leave the Mindgate. I have tried resetting my profile, and it only started happening during pre-patch.
The only error that Bugsack and Buggrabber show is

That's not a snapshot. And I would guess that there is probably some other error behind that "20x (null)"
If it happens again, please get an actual snapshot and try disabling and re-enabling the addon. (You can do it via the minimap icon, if needed.)
Sorry, I wasn't sure if you had wanted the snapshot or the character data. I had the wrong label. /hekili > Warnings hasn't appeared yet either. Made it to Phase 3 of Carapace and Hekili reappeared, so it seems to disappear every other phase after pull. It looks like the null LUA errors were from before combat. When I disabled Informant, the null errors disappeared. Here's the snapshot during Phase 2 of LFR Carapace when it disappeared:

Is that snapshot taken when you're not seeing any recommendations from the addon? Because it has abilities recommended.
My apologies. I'm trying to follow the addon's instructions, but all I saw was the "Issue Reporting" tab saying to post the Character Data to this page, and the "Snapshot" tab doesn't mention Pastebin anywhere. Are there instructions somewhere else that I'm not seeing? Similarly, I couldn't find your Discord server before submitting these tickets to ask questions to other users.
I was not seeing any recommendations from the addon even though abilities were recommended. The recommendations would basically appear on pull and last for a phase, disappear when the next phase begins, and disappear again after another phase and repeats this pattern. Mindgates seem to act like different fight phases too in causing the recommendations to disappear and reappear.

Thanks for trying. The instructions were in the issue report box when you first submitted the ticket. I'll include those at the end, just for reference.
First: I don't have any code that attempts to sync up with a particular phase of the fight. However, I am wondering if there is visibility logic that isn't working as expected. Or if there's something vehicle related. None of the Ret Paladins I play with have reported having the issue you're describing.
If you go to /hekili > Displays > Primary > Visibility, what are your settings? (Screenshot is good).
If you type /dump Hekili:IsDisplayActive("Primary") in chat and press Enter when the addon isn't displayed, does it say true or false?
Can you send me your _retail_/WTF/Account/YourAccountName/SavedVariables/Hekili.lua and let me know the character name that this is happening on?
