Describe the Issue

Sometimes the addon recommends to use Hammer of Light next, but Hammer of Light is not usable at that moment.

I've seen two variants of this bug:

• The Hammer of Light button is available (it replaced the Wake of Ashes button), but is not usable (maybe not enough Holy Power).
• The Hammer of Light button isn't even available (the default Wake of Ashes button is).

The provided snapshot shows the second variant while I was in a delve in a solo talent build. But I've also seen the bug in raids and M+ with according builds.

The snapshot shows Recommendation #1 is hammer_of_light at 0.00s (0.00s) while also containing cooldown.wake_of_ashes.remains[2.17].

Here is the Screenshot which was taken with the snapshot. The big icon at the top is the recommendation from Hekili. The small icon on the bottom left is a bar button which shows Wake of Ashes (which is not replaced by Hammer of Light).

How to Reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce this. It happens about 0-2 times during a 3 hour raid or M+ session.

If you wait like half of a GCD, does it become available?

I don't know if that was the case today (when I took the snapshot). But I know that it sometimes does not. I've had a situation in a raid where I thought I had a lag/disconnect because my Hammer of Light wasn't casting, until I noticed that it wasn't available. So at least in that situation it stayed for 1-2 seconds.

I have the same problem, every now and then

Is there a prediction of future Light's Deliverance stacks? If yes, then my current assumption is that this problem is related to the prediction. Because sometimes the problem indeed resolves itself after about 1 second. Maybe the cases where it doesn't are ones where the ingame conditions for additional stacks aren't met any more but the addon thinks they still are?

I think I found some additional details on how this happens.

Hekili recommended Hammer of Light because I'm at 50 stacks of Light's Deliverance. So I should be able to cast a free Hammer of Light, right?. But the action wasn't usable.

I think (I'm not sure) that this can happen if you both have a free Hammer of Light from 50 stacks of Light's Deliverance available and a second (non-free) Hammer of Light from the 4 set bonus available.

Additional hints to this from the new snapshot:

• The snapshot contains buff.hammer_of_light_ready.stack: 2.
• You can see in previous_spells that I casted Wake of Ashes and only one Hammer of Light. I'm at 2 Holy Power so the second Hammer of Light from the set bonus would not be usable.

I tried to reproduce this on a target dummy but couldn't do it in a few minutes. Every time I had both 50 stacks of Light's Deliverance and the second Hammer of Light from the set bonus available the free Hammer of Light was usable before the non-free one. So either the order is random, or there is some other factor that I don't know yet.

Here is the screenshot which was taken with the snapshot. The big icon at the top is the recommendation from Hekili. The small icon on the bottom left is a bar button which shows Hammer of Light as "available" (because otherwise it would show Wake of Ashes) and even highlighted (golden border). But the spell is not castable (it's greyed out).
