[BUG] Prot Warrior - Champion's Spear does not appear in list of abilities and cannot override keybind text

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
I am trying to override the keybind text of Champion's Spear but it is not appearing in the dropdown list of abilities
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as Protection Warrior
- Go to hekili settings
- Go to "Abilities" section on left hand menu
- Open "Abilities" dropdown on right hand side
Expected result:
"Champion's Spear" appears in the "Abilities" dropdown
Actual result:
"Champion's Spear" is NOT in the "Abilities" dropdown
