Paladin - Protection

Describe the Issue

For my Protection Paladin, I expect the addon to recommend Consecration when I am not in Consecration and the spell is off cooldown.

As an opener, Consecration is recommended, but after the opening, the addon does not recommend the spell again or even have it in queue.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Protection Paladin
2. Begin fight
3. Wait for Consecration to drop
4. See recommendations
