the addons recommends rupture, but if i rupture with lower cp it will recommend rupture again i think (not 100% sure) what im saying is if the target is ruptured you shouldnt re rupture with more cp. i.e. some mobs dont need 5 cp ruptures, so if i overwrite that is shouldnt recommend to do it again
