Feral showing Thrash on single target

Is there still code in the apl for wild fleshrending? Thrash should no longer be part of the single target rotation
(It's probably just a handy way of triggering Bloodtalons but you'd have to complete the form above to get a real answer.)
Describe the Bug/Issue
The feral rotation wants to maintain thrash up in single target situations. Even when bloodtalons is not selected
To Reproduce
When using Moment of Clarity talent, Thrash is still maintained in the single target rotation.
When stealthed the opening sequence it shows is rake / thrash / shred
Expected behavior
Thrash should not show in single target situations
