1.  Check to see if you are using the latest version of the addon.  If there is a newer alpha/beta/release version, see if your problem exists with the new version.

Describe the Bug/Issue
Entry 20 in Affliction Priorities requires cooldown.soul_rot.ready to be true, but as a Venthyr, it will never be true, which means that Summon Darkglare will never appear in the rotation.

• Scroll down to '....'
• See error

Expected behavior
Reading the priorities, it looks like it should appear once Phantom Singularity is cast, unless I have 5 soul shards, in which it'll recommend casting Malefic Rapture before recommending Summon Darkglare

1. That's not my default action list, so I normally would not offer any support.
2. That action list entry has multiple criteria combined, split up with | which means "or".
3. The part that isn't working right is impending_catastrophe_dot (addon just uses impending_catastrophe, which I will fix to allow for both in 1.0.28.
