[Outlaw Rogue] RTB suggestion causing me to clear 3-4 buffs from Count the Odds.

Using the count the odds conduit gives you a chance to gain 5 seconds of a RTB buff you don't have. Using it from stealth and using ambush increases it to 15 seconds.

I noticed that the addon will suggest I use roll the bones when I have 5+ seconds of 2, 3 or more buffs. I will RTB and then I will reroll into 1 shitty CDR buff. Clearly this has to be a bug??? that cannot be a DPS gain.
