Buff not recognized - Balespider's Burning Core - Warlock

This buff doesn't seem to be recognized by Hekili

Adding the buff to be a condition .up to cast demonbolt, it does not accurately detect the buff is active.
When I try it as a buff .remains ,, it breaks the queued spells, and they no longer display after a few spellcasts
