What is the issue?

"No rotation found for this class/spec (SpecID:72)" (Same for Arms)
Protection Spec loads addon fine.
(This is for a level 78 Blood Elf Warrior)

However, on my level 70 Void Elf Warrior, all specs load addon fine.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rolling back, etc. Still issues only on one character.
