What is the issue?

As a Prot Warrior, I can't remember the last time I saw Execute as suggested icon.

Even with Sudden Death active an no other worthy spell to be used, the addon still suggests me other thing or "Pool"

The fix can be obtained from the latest GitHub files or it will be included when version 11.1.0.32 is released.
