Dont suggest Garrote and Rupture when 10+ are applied
As the assa ramp is built up in Indisciminate carnage and the addon checks nameplates, some pulls we are just falling so far behind since the addon keeps suggesting to applie even tho there is only guardians and minions up. Other rotation addons have this feature but they cant seem to keep up with herorotation overall in other areas. thanks.
Seny added two settings recently: Indiscriminate Carnage Rupture Cap and Indiscriminate Carnage Garrote Cap. They're for exactly this purpose.
