[Bug]: Rogue 4pc Fatebound Sin Showing Deathmark before Shiv

What is the issue?

I will often see Deathmark displayed with a pooling icon before shiv. If I consciously just wait a pulse or two, it will autocorrect and remove deathmark and present shiv, but often in the heat of battle, I won't recognize this and just send DM.

Is there any way that the DM flash before shiv can be removed?

Should be fixed in commit:
771c480

The APL timers were very tight and didn't really work in game / for a real player. I've increase the window which is what i typically do for all rogue specs on conditions with tight windows that only really SimC can react to. Give it a try and let me know if you still see an issue and i can tweak further.
