Add an option to show double icons for 'combo moves' like Shadow Dance + Shuriken Storm that are currently half shown on a single icon which make it a bit confusing to spot what to do for me (which one goes first, etc).

I'm not really a big fan of having a lot of icons popping up.
The UI isn't easy to maintain right now, we might reconsider it in the future but for now (i.e. this expac probably) it'll stay like this unless you're able to PR a solution.
As of macros, you should be starting to be used to pretty quickly.
