Can we have suggestions outside of the Celestial Alignment/Incarnation window? Both of these are good outside of that window for trash.

As of the updates on May 30th and 31st, Force of Nature and Fury of Elune are now suggested either during CA/Inc or if the current cooldown of CA/Inc is greater than 30 seconds
