Im seeing an issue with PoF atm when BoS is almost out of CD, The addon is suggestion to use Pillar of Frost when BoS is about 20-30 sec left of BOS, making them not line up properly

If i remember correctly you have to use pillar in that situation, and then wait around 15s to pillar and use erw pillar bos again.

the addon is using the simc APL, which means what a robot will do, to maximize the damage. If you have a patchwork fight, you will gain more DPS, if you use 2 times Pillar of Frost between BoS, even you add 15 seconds to the BoS cooldown.
Depends on phases or length on a boss fight, to maybe skip one PoF and to be able to cast BoS on cooldown. Just set PoF to show OffGCD and use a castsequence macro for ERW->PoF->BoS, so you can decide what to do.
