Retribution Paladin's rotation feels extremely awkward. Having 3 Holy Power does not put a Holy spender spell (Divine Storm etc.) in the rotation, even if the spender uses 3 Holy Power. Does the spell increase in power if you have 4-5 Holy Power, but its a 3 Holy spender, and Im just not aware of this? Just no icon shows when everything is on cooldown and you have 3 Holy Power. This shouldn't be like this. Fix ASAP
