Marksmanship Hunter rotation is not working well.

Counter shot does not appear in the rotation when enemy is casting an interruptable spell.
Aimed Shot appears in the rotation even when hero doesn't have enough resource.

Please, fix these issues.

The rotation is not optimized I feel. It tells me to use Rapid Fire when near full focus.
I dont know if its optimized for max dps, if so then fine.

Please, check it and re-check it. Optimize it for maximum overall dps.
