Please add a OffGCD option for Double Tap spell on Marksmanship Hunter.

Also, the Show as Off GCD: Exhilaration option does nothing, just doesn't work. just little fix, but this one is not as urgent.

Also Show as Off GCD: Racials options doesn't work as well. Racials (for example the Mag'har active racial) are never displayed.

Actually, I feel like none of the Show as Off GCD options for Marksmanship are working.

Enable Movement Rotation works tho
