After solar wrath or any first skill in the rotation the innervate skill is being offered and not switching from rotation even though there's no healer around

If the Lively Spirit azerite trait is enabled and Incarnation/Celestial Alignment are ready or nearly ready, Innervate will be suggested. The addon does not check to see if a healer is nearby.

I added a toggle option for whether or not to show Innervate in the rotation. This was added in commit f8ba6d7
