Ret Pala: no suggestions unless Avenging Wrath is on CD/used

I don't get any rotation suggestions if Avenging Wrath isn't on cool down after the first part of the rotation.
e.g: 3 skills, AW suggested, if i don't use it i won't get any other rotation suggestions
