I know that this addon is about max level combat, but a little bit of help on low levels would be nice

• Don't suggest to imbue your offhand weapon, if you are still wearing shields due to lack of proper quest rewards.
• suggest primal strike

Hero rotation is focused on max level only so won't make conditions for low level that would reduce max level performance, sorry
