[FDK] Shows chain of ice if the target is low on health.

Hello. Is it possible to fix it somehow? The addon will only show chain of ice at all times until the target dies. In a boss fight, this can critically affect the damage. And the rotation breaks because of this bug or feature.

Frost DK has been re-written to be in line with the 9.1 APL. This should no longer be an issue.
