How do you compile the APLs into Lua?

Hey team, couldn't find it on your wiki/readme. What's the process to convert a simc apl file into an addon-friendly rotation file?

APLs are manually converted. We take the Simulationcraft APL and manually translate it using HeroRotation/HeroLib's internal functions.
