[Rogue_Sub] is it necessary to cast ShurikenStorm during ShurikenTornado?

Hi,
ShurikenStorm, Shadowstrike are recommended during ShurikenTornado when AOE target =5. any reason for this? I think we should cast more BlackPowder in this 4 second window when AOE.
