So, I imagine not rolling during DB is intended but often what will happen is that there aren't any RTB recommendations prior to DB and then buffs fall off in the middle of DB and then there are extended periods of combat with no buffs up at all.

Is there a good solution to this (if it's even an issue) - for example, if the remainder of time on buffs is less than 10s+cd on db and (flag is off cd or cd of flag < cd of db).. then pre-roll buffs so that they dont fall off during db?

Not sure how much of this is intended and I just don't understand outlaw rotation vs. how much of this could be made better. But just figured I'd call out what's happening
