Something happen with most recent update to make addon stop working with assasination?

I recently updated on curseforge and specifically with assassination (which was working yesterday), it now suggests garrote when a target is seleceted but not in combat but then as soon as I apply the garrote, all suggestions stop. Outlaw still works properly as it has been.
I am currently on:
HeroRotation - 10.0.2.17
HeroLib-10.0.2.01
HeroDBC-10.0.2.01
Oddly, if I walk away from the training dummy, suggestions appear again but then if I walk closer to the dummy and get in range the suggestions go away - never experienced this before with the addon
