What is the issue?
I wrote a bug for this previously, which was fixed (after fix things worked as expected everywhere). I very recently equipped my second tier piece and as soon as I did that, the next time I got into an aoe encounter and pressed mind sear, the same thing started happening again. What's happening is that (most notibly after pressing mind sear) the addon just stops all recommendations entirely (not pooling) just no recommendations as if the addon isn't turned on.
I would venture to guess that it's a similar issue as the first time it was addressed and fixed (but this time it's something specific to the 2pc bonus that basically made it stop working in the exact same way)
