[Bug]: Prot warrior - not recommending avatar / rallying cry / demo shout / last stand ever

What is the issue?
Basically in the title - the only defensive cooldown recommended is shield wall and avatar is never recommended offensively. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way for the addon to suggest multiple icons off the main icon. For example, as dps you often will see 2-3 icons offf gcd but with prot, for example, if it wants me to press the shiield wall off the main icon, it will never recommend ignore pain until I press shield wall (and other examples but basically only seems able to recommend one action off gcd which seems different from other classes/specs Ive used the addon for)
