I may be completely wrong, but my group and I have noticed that some of the top people in our honorspy are people we have never seen.

They are all rank 9 so they must have been in brackets 13&14 and we have never ever seen them on our server.

Any idea if we are imagining or if this a thing and it actually syncs with people from other servers via bg chat?
