Leaving this here as a kitchen sink for all things actionbars

• From @Steekz: Currently I have not been able to remove the background of action bar buttons. It's only doing it (and by default) on the bar 1, but not the others. I didn't look that much into it tho so maybe the option is already in there somewhere.

• From @Steekz: The "blink" still shows when a bar is in mouseover mode sometimes.
