Not sure on this one.
It doesn't even show in the position that HydraUI has it's frame.

I've been trying to figure out what's causing this, even re-installed wow and all addons.
Same behaviour.
Black Talking Head frame behind the Unit Frames.

I have the same issue above, talking head frame is up top but it appears behind the action bars

Thanks for the report, this looks like something was simply changed about the anchoring from Blizzards side, and should be an easy fix

This is fixed for the next release
