Flight Timer bar missing

Downloaded this add-on today and for some reason it's not showing the Flight Timer bar at all.

I highlighted the addons that modify the base UI in case that helps with troubleshooting. I'm also going to try turning on BugSack and BugGrabber to see if they report any kind of error that could help figure out what's causing this.
EDIT: BugGrabber didn't report any errors when flying. I also tried deleting the add-on's files from SavedVariables in case I had some old settings messing things up, but that didn't help either.
