This addon was narrowed down as the cause, although unsure why.

Hey, sorry for the slow response. I noticed the issue over on the leatrix plus issue is closed. Is this still something I need to investigate or are we all good now. Thanks.

Well it seems they pushed an update to fix it, but i have a feeling the root cause is inside this addon, as Leatrix author also mentioned this same bug was happening to few other addons. For now issue is gone, so thats that. :)
