The seal of authority is not applied when it has already inflicted damages a few moments before, looks like it would be applied with a GCD here where it should not ! (this bug is just breacking paladin cleave)

Secound point is the critical strick on seal of command's damage are not activating revenge's buff (it is not a problem after naxxramas cause pally have a high critical rate but now it can make a good diffrence i guess
