Thanks for the addon, I love it.
However, there is a small issue. When I open the wormhole, it doesn't automatically jump on the map related to that wormhole (Eg Dragon Isles, or Northrend etc). Instead, it opens the current map I'm at, then I have to switch the map to the relevant zone manually to be able to see the portal icons.

Appreciate it if this can be added as a feature.

TL;DR: it'll get fixed in 11.1.5, in the mean time there's an option to force it (with downsides), see /iw.
