It looks like the standard Blizzard timer is broken on PTR. After starting the key, you need to exit the dungeon and return to the dungeon. Then the timer will appear.
Since my timer uses percentages (up to 100%) of the standard timer, it also doesn't show the correct value (57.32% is the number used in demonstration of my timer). So we need to wait for Blizzard to fix their timer to PTR. Or exit from dungeon and return to the dungeon on every start the key :(
And must remembering to check this bug closer to the 11.1 release :)
