I was wondering if you were planning supporting quests and NPCs?

is already adding quests and NPC labels to tooltips, however it's only in English. It could be a good inspiration.

I already managed to copy the spell parser and modify/run it for quests (easy enough).

I don't have much time right now (you may notice it by the late response, sorry 😅), but I'll take a look at that addon and see if I can do something and add quests and/or NPC names too.
