Sometimes, when I start evocation on my mage, the error "You can't do that right now" will show numerous times at the top of my screen. Does that mean the set didn't completely switch? Or can I expect that the whole set will have been switched in as soon as the evocation buff comes up?

I don't have an active WoW account anymore, so I cannot reproduce this.
