When a raid assistant call roll [itemLink] in raid warning channel a loot window appears on every raid attendees screen. A end roll message in raid warning channel will close the loot window, meaning everyone who didn't click passes,

Requested feature

The loot frame contains a progress bar. The progress bar should be full at loot window opening. The end roll message should start a countdown so that anyone who didn't choose an option has the last chance to do that. While the countdown is running the progress bar should decrease filling state until the time is over. After the time is over the loot window should disappear.
