The PlayerConditions in WaypointEdge specify whether it requires a spell, which is the case for all the mage portal ones. Instead of getting rid of all the mage portals from the data processing stage, we should check if the player knows the required spell with https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/API_IsSpellKnown
