Talvan quest not being tracked as "in zone" even though the header says the zone name?
I was in "Maruukai" sub zone at the time - maybe thats an issue?
(this was on Radrin, leaving the quest in the log pending bug testing)
ok the actual issue was that i had it on SUPER TRACK which the code completely ignores - but it wasn't regular tracked yet... we need to force track the supertrack and then ensure that doesnt disable the supertrack....
